Key Tower is looking for a passionate and motivated self-starter with experience in the hospitality/concierge and event coordinator space. The ideal candidate will provide superior customer service bringing new ideas and energy, as the face of Key Tower, while also balancing planning and managing the logistics of events, internal marketing and typical concierge services.
The Events and Marketing Coordinator reports directly to an external marketing agency, the Key Tower Asset Manager and General Manager. This position will work directly with the marketing agency to implement strategy, brainstorm creative ideas and execute/manage the day-to-day happenings in the Tower.
There are four main parts of the Events and Marketing Coordinator role.
The primary role of the Events and Marketing Coordinator is to plan and manage the logistics of events and the year-round event calendar. Working with a 3rd party marketing agency, they will brainstorm event ideas, plan out budgets, and create the events calendar. Upon approval of event calendar, they will plan and coordinate event logistics including but not limited to: booking talent, securing food and other vendors, working with 3rd party agency to get marketing materials created and printed, and run day-of event logistics.
The Events and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for posting day-to-day documentation of the Tower, Lobby, Events, Views and other worthy content on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and to manage the social media inbox messages, page comments, and reviews response protocol.
The Concierge piece entails coordinating concierge tasks while also being the face of Key Tower. The concierge services include: flower delivery, carwash, shoe repair, and dry-cleaning. It also involves the accounting for each clients account to include payments and statements
Additionally, as the face of Key Tower part of the role is to build and maintain relationships with vendors, downtown organizations, directors of attractions, clubs, restaurants, etc.
