CLEVELAND, OH – The Millennia Companies® founder Frank T. Sinito has developed Millennia Commercial Group,
Ltd. (MCG), a new division of The Millennia Companies® created specifically for the management and leasing efforts
for Key Tower, other commercial spaces owned and operated by Millennia and third party management contracts.

The announcement comes in the wake of Jacobs Real Estate Services (JRES) exiting the property management
business. JRES has had an incredible history with the leasing and management of Key Tower. This marks a historic
return to Key Tower as a locally owned and managed building. Previous JRES president Doug Miller will be the
President of MCG. As the former President and CEO of the Richard E Jacobs Group, he directed development, sales,
property management and lease transactions exceeding $2 billion in value, throughout his 39‐year tenure. Doug is
a member of the Ohio Bar, a licensed real estate agent, and past Chairman of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance
and the Downtown Cleveland Improvement Corp.

In addition to Doug’s leadership, the full Key Tower team will join MCG, including Tom Kroth, who has been the
building’s General Manager since Key Tower opened to ensure a smooth transition from JRES to MCG.

Warren Blazy III will lead the JLL team as it oversees all leasing activity on behalf of The Millennia Companies.
